Critical risk assessments and financing frameworks

This chapter reviews how countries have carried out the second key OECD Recommendation of the Council on the Governance of Critical Risks. This recommendation calls for building preparedness through foresight analysis, risk assessments and financing frameworks, to better anticipate complex and wide-ranging impacts.
