Trust in Public Institutions in New Zealand

This Annex shows the level of trust in public institutions in New Zealand in comparison to Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden for all public institutions not referenced in the report.

The “trust” proportion is the aggregation of responses from 6-10 on the scale; “neutral” is equal to a response of 5; “do not trust” is the aggregation of responses from 0-4; and “Don't know” was a separate answer choice. OECD(22) refers to the unweighted average across 22 OECD countries.
